Earlier this week I found out that I know someone who's now going to graduate school. That's so fucking unbelievable. It's one of the few success stories I've ever heard in my life. I'm not joking. For instance, she had finished college in 3 years; I didn't expect she would have her future planned out. But to get into graduate school meant good grades, high test scores, and doing this all in 3 years -- impresses the fuck outta me. I hadn't talked to her in years, but the last time I remember talking to her it was about Math 20C.
Man, that means we all can do it. Achieving our dreams. It's possible.
