This year's team is better than last year for sure
2010 Giants
offense was basically 4 guys: Posey, Huff, Burrell, and Torres
2012 Giants
offense is: Posey (MVP candidate), Panda (regained form), Scutaro (playing out of his mind), Pagan (who's pretty much Torres, but younger)
Then there's guys who haven't performed as they should/could have: Pence, and a guy who got suspended: Melky
The 2 qualtiy starters are back from 2010. Cain, Bumgarner, have their A game. and Vogelsong has been able to repeat his last year's performance. And guys who stumbled during the regular season are packing heat now. Zito is back, Lincecum is back. Only guy who hasn't is Sanchez, a guy who's been released from Kansas City
Great pitching. Offense is better. 2011 Cardinals > 2012 Giants > 2008 Phillies > (Washington Nationals 2012?) > 2011 Phillies > 2010 Giants

Players suspended in the drug program cannot win awards,i.e, MVP, batting title, etc etc if they tested positive in the year that they played for that award. This works for tests applied retroactively, [and also includes the following post-season. That is, if Braun gets busted for drugs in the post season, (and as long as testosterone was detected in the sealed packaged after the fact of poor handing)*, then he would forfeit the MVP award given to him that year]
*As far as handing conditions goes, as long as the testing sample was tested in appropriate time, kept near/below room temperature, and remained sealed, that would still qualify as testable. Testosterone has a half life of at max 2 days, so it would degrade/ help the cheating player by default.

In order to curb the huge television rights contracts ...[where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer],MLB will not blackout games if purchasing a MLB.tv subscription. [This is in hopes that less lucrative tv contracts bearing clubs and other small market clubs, will not be left in the dust when the Yankees/Rangers/Angels/Dodgers getting king-crowning money]
-
Revise the current Fox [television] agreement so that, Joe Buck is not allowed to calle any playoff game [for the indefinite future], especially the World Series. [Also subsidize the cost of TBS airing Braves games on basic cable, to relive the 90's southern baseball boom]

Poor performing clubs cannot receive 4 consecutive years of competitive balance money without consequences. After 4 years, then either a) get no funds b) get funds but must forfeit first round draft picks.
-
There is no slotting agreement for high school draftees. This works off in principle when there's no salary cap for bidding on international players. International players must be drafted.
-
AAA and AA players can request a bilingual spanish-english translator (male) only between the ages of 18-21 to help translate for [the clubhouse/coach]. The spanish-english translator must have citizenship. They are allowed in the [locker room]. The cost (which is not more than 2x the local minimum wage) will be covered by the MLB [major clubs].

All-star game does not determine WS homefield advantage. WS homefield determined by 2 out of 3 criteria. a) head to head record b) who won interleague play c) which team has the most wins
