Between the standard and snake, snake is more fair. == Saying that, we don't use either one. A guy in our league has a Masters Degree in math. He did somekind of study on it and came up with a different order. Supposedly this gives everyone a better chance since everyone picks first at some time. It goes like this. Round One and Two are the regular snake method.

As you can see In the Odd Number Rounds the top pick in the Previous Odd Round drops to the bottom. The Even Rounds are the reverse of the previous Odd Round. It works pretty good.

1, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,
Round 5 would move the first position of the last odd numbered round (3) to the end. == Round 6 would be the reverse of Round 5.
Round 7 would move the first position of the last odd numbered round (5) to the
end. == Round 8 would be the reversed of Round 7.
And so on.
