Unions are in principle good
They must be banned from
1) operating as a closed shop
2) operating as a union shop
3) automatic deductions of employees’ wages to be used for politics
4) operating as a guild, such that they raise the barriers of entry to protect their profession
5) not be allowed in any public sector
6) public transport unions are not allowed to strike
They must also bargain on good faith
Essentially confederations of trade unions or industrial unions that will replace the state.
