3. Rule of law above all, Community antagonism, Nepotism instead of merit, attacking innocents - undue justice, culture does not define an individual
4. Not merit based, not ecologically sound, profit motivated -- not christ motivated, teaches intolerance-> conflict, stagnates science
5. social mobility - merit so who deserves wealth earns it, corrects market failures, create a brain drain for other countries, rich creative/gay class that either create artistic content or gentrify neighborhoods, more fun
6. he racially targeted a black boy, he elected to follow the boy even after advised to not do so, he didn't follow with his car, there is no evidence who started the fight, he had a 30 lb advantage and still got beat up, trayvon had no idea he had a gun until trayvon felt the bullet in his heart, the fight lasted no longer than 2 minutes
thus aggravated assault in any non SYG state
